Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Certain items marked as final sale cannot be returned (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Live plants (due to their perishable nature)
  • Personalized or custom-made decorative items
  • Opened candle holders (for hygiene reasons)
  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as such at purchase)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for approval – Our design-loving support team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship your return using the provided return label (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we process the return

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
